Breeding Dutch Shepherd Shorthair and
Long-haired Dutch Shepherd Working
La Flamme d'Eros is a family bredding located in the heart of the Gironde (33) in France.
We chose our kennel name about our first two Dutch Shepherd Eros and Flamme are the source of our love for this breed what the Dutch Shepherd.
Our dogs are raised in family and live with us at home, the Dutch Shepherd became a passion as much for his ability to work for it's morphology.
Before the Dutch shepherd, we have beaucerons and we had our first Dutch Shepherd in 2009, Eros des Crocs de l'Olympe, it was a revelation and our passion is born with it. This is with him that I discovered my passion for dog sport especially French Ring.
Then our female Flamme Argentée Met Frasnay's Flair came to expand our family. With it we discovered the Utility Research and dog show.
Then there was our first Dutch Shepherd Long Haired, Geb des Crocs de l'Olympe.
Competitor in French Ring with my two Dutch Shepherd, I naturally oriented breeding Dutch Shepherd work while respecting the standard. Therefore we based on dogs with character, balanced and have natural abilities to work, whether it is a discipline with the bite, of obedience, tracking or agility ...
We are member of BHCF (Dutch Shepherd Club of France).
We're never more than one litter for a year somtimes every 2 years, our dogs are not machines, so we leave them time to rest after a scope and we don't separate us from our dogs even in retirement ! (our dogs are part of our family first) and we pay great attention to the well being and socialization of puppies, we prefer puppies well in their head and their legs and therefore spend a lot of time with our puppies to this from birth to their departure to new adventures with their new master.
Very close breeders des Crocs de l'olympe (who stopped breed now), we have also learned much from them and their working methods on puppies that have made them successful.
We may be young breeders, but we have nothing to envy to other, even older ...
All our puppies breeding born at home are socialized, used to other dogs, cats and horses, handled and broken in the teeth, stick, gunshot and fireworks to detect their working qualities. Puppies are available at 9 weeks old first vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed with health certificate from veterinarian, kit puppy and registered in the LOF (Studbook French).
